These stays can be slipped through hoops already sewn into the canopy. This kit also includes the rear "C" post panels and a strip of material that goes under the rear window. I have the Casio W-218 (which is still kicking) and wanted an upgrade. This model has everything I need; full date, more water resistance, mineral glass, and is aesthetically pleasing. The 10 Year Battery is an added bonus. Like most Casio watches this one is easy to set up and use. Fits great on the wrist and functions very well. I plan on buying a replacement strap eventually but I expect no issues from the watch itself.
