Carefully stitched using 4 5oz USA tanned exterior, 2 3oz Vegetable tanned interior, nylon waxed thread, with beveled and burnished edges. I have had it a few months now and i am happy i have not had any problems. It is still working well. It still is easy to use. Its still has a sharp blade. It still has a nice grip. The fact that its compact and quaint is the reason i bought it not to mention the price. I definietely give it 5 stars.
