Nach der Fermentation in Edelstahl und Holz reift der Wein 9 Monate auf den Feinhefen. Dabei entwickelt er ein lichtes Strohgelb und ein vielschichtiges Bukett aus Holunderblten, Mango, Stachelbeere und Grapefruit. Im Hintergrund sorgen Kruter und Feuerstein fr Komplexitt.
